1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns, replacements, or refunds for items that:

  • Arrive damaged or defective
  • Contain a printing error or manufacturing defect
  • Are significantly different from the product ordered
  • Are incorrect due to an error on our part

To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Customers may be asked to provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue

2. Return Timeframe

Any return, replacement, or refund request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

3. Refund Process

Once your request has been reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 Business days.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

You will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated.


4. Exchanges and Replacements

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or contains a manufacturing issue, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • An exchange for the same item (subject to availability)
  • A refund, where appropriate

Replacement orders will be processed as quickly as possible after approval.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Include your order number.
  3. Attach clear photos showing the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are custom-made and printed on demand, the following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products ordered in the wrong size by the customer
  • Products ordered in the wrong color by the customer
  • Change-of-mind purchases
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Products showing signs of use, washing, or damage after delivery
  • Minor variations in color due to screen display differences
  • Minor variations in print placement that do not affect product quality

Please review size charts carefully before placing your order.

Items purchased during promotional sales, clearance events, or special discount campaigns are also not eligible for return or exchange unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you experience any of these issues, please submit a return request within 7 days of delivery, and our team will review it promptly.


7. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items shipped

We will cover all applicable return or replacement costs.

If the return is requested for any other reason:

Return shipping costs, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that returns for change-of-mind purchases may not be accepted due to the made-to-order nature of our products.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be possible.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing period:
