All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and verified.

As our products are made to order, please allow 2-4 business days for production and order preparation before shipment.

Processing times may be longer during:

  • High-demand seasons
  • Unexpected operational delays

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

We work with trusted courier and logistics partners to deliver orders across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (if offered)

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Within India

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • Metro Cities: 4-6 business days after dispatch
  • Tier 2 & 3 cities: 5-7 business days after dispatch
  • Remote Areas: Upto 8 business days

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: ₹49-99 (domestic)
  • Express Shipping: ₹80-120 (domestic)
  • Free Shipping on Orders Above ₹1599 (if applicable)

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking Number
  • Courier Partner Details
  • Tracking Link (if available)

Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

6. Delivery Issues and Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Option B: If You Do Not Ship Internationally

At this time, Teeswag ships only within India.
